This beautiful home on Heritage Circle in Feasterville, PA needed a little help showing well for it’s upcoming open house. The homeowner has some very nice traditional pieces of furniture throughout the home. We approached the staging of this home with it’s occupants lifestyles in mind. The existing dining table had 2 leaves in it, that we decided to take out, to show the room’s ample space. Rehanging the art in the home made such a big difference in the way potential buyers will see this home. It was critical that we took away anything that was visually distracting and brought attention to what we like to call “Architectural Moments”. We rearranged the furniture at the entrance of the house to be a bit less cluttered and made a nice reading nook for that feeling of warmth and spaciousness. It especially important to give the entry room purpose to ensure the first impression on a potential buyer is a great one.
