A Trinity Transformed

The transformed “Brown Street House” is a 1,200 sq. ft. Trinity Style home in Philadelphia. Henck Design’s goal was to totally transform the home from being a dated rental house into a clean, updated home. We started with flooring; the entire home had to have new floors installed. The Henck Design team laid five inch hand scraped red oak floors on three of the four levels. We built closets for the two bedrooms, updated plumbing and electrical, and installed 3 interior doors to replace older damaged ones. In order to ensure a bright and sophisticated aesthetic, whites, grays and natural finishes such as stone, glass, and wood were the predominant themes.
