Quiet Luxury in Brentwood, TN

Brentwood, Tennessee

This custom construction project at Sunset Road in Brentwood, Tennessee is an example of what we call “quiet luxury”. What could be better than a recently constructed transitional home with a little luxe flair? This residence boasts a spacious open floor plan that spans over 5000 square feet across three levels.

The project has top-quality furniture, rugs, and lighting from the only Tennessee based interior designer these clients felt were the right fit for them. The Henck Design (HD) team delivered a design with a combination of farmhouse style with a classic take on neutral furnishings.

The open kitchen design and breakfast room repeat decorative accents from the adjacent rooms’ design elements which creates a seamless flow. In addition to top-of-the-line appliances, this kitchen has a large island and custom cabinetry. There is generous counter space, and cooking solutions which allow for a truly family friendly kitchen.

The neutral color scheme makes room for a higher level of sophistication. The contrasting kitchen island with mixed metals of the light fixtures create unity. HD’s signature balance of light textural fabrics with natural wood tones adds elegance to this contemporary style.

The casual dining room has a relaxed feel with light wood, modern upholstered dining chairs. Our interior design approach, whether as a Nashville interior designer or when we do design work in Franklin, TN, is really about relaxed luxury.

This is especially in communal spaces like this one where friends and family will frequently gather. Transitional style home and neutral colors give way to a cohesive interior.

HD completed the foyer with white oak detailing in both tray ceilings as well as on-door casings to tie other millwork items throughout the home. The happy clients can’t help but appreciate the relaxed luxury aesthetic.

Moving from the foyer into the family room, you’ll discover the dramatic one-of-a-kind custom millwork. The stunning fireplace in the family room echoes the wood tones from the transitional staircase. The built-in was designed by the HD interior design team with remarkable detailing and added storage.

The asymmetrical look adds a contemporary interest and dimension to the space, proving that even new construction homes can have character, as long as the interior design is carefully approached.

This home’s interior design and location are amazing based on the walkability to Brentwood, Tennessee's shopping, restaurants, schools, and a world-class sports facility. A quick commute to Nashville completes the vision for who will purchase this fabulous custom home. The furnishings are light, neutral, and textured, the home is both attractive and the finishes add longevity to the home style.
