Our design approach for this interior design project was meticulous. By incorporating a range of rustic and transitional design elements to achieve a harmonious blend of style and comfort, we successfully outfitted the expansive luxury home.  The design aesthetic was inspired by our Franklin, TN look that we achieve for our Tennessee based clients.  This unique home encapsulates the feel of how at Henck Design, we work to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our interior designer clients who want nothing less than upscale living. From the custom white oak wood cabinetry and upgraded door casing details to the use of wall treatments like limewash, applied trim, and tasteful wallpapers, the home’s interior gives a nod to today's stylish neutral and transitional design scheme.

Warm wood tones are truly at the heart of this home’s design aesthetic. Every detail was carefully curated to reflect a sense of quiet luxury along with comfort for the young family. The inclusion of a nursery, kids' playroom, and baby play area showcases our commitment to creating functional spaces that cater to the needs of this family while honoring the luxe feel of the surrounding neighborhood’s status. By incorporating neutral textures like brown velvets, breezy linens, and heavier boucle fabrics, the design has a depth and sophistication. Vintage Turkish rugs in each room along with custom draperies and shades enhance the overall look and combined with all the white oak beams and additional millwork, the home is truly elevated.

Because the home is nestled in the quaint town of Haddonfield, New Jersey, known for its downtown area and vibrant social scene, our latest project needed to reflect it’s surroundings.  The custom colonial style home, originally designed by renown Architect, Thomas B Wagner and built by Kelly Builders, spans an impressive 5700 square feet. 

For those seeking a home with both sophistication and comfort, our custom colonial in Haddonfield, NJ stands as a testament to the artistry of interior design. With a nod to the elegance of Middle Tennessee's renowned builders, this project exemplifies the perfect fusion of luxury and livability in a truly one-of-a-kind residence. In order to create a comfortable setting that's also elegant, we mixed old with new rustic pieces with curved lines, and incorporated soft cool tones like sage green and textures abound. Noteworthy additions such as Kelly Wearstler light fixtures and Morris and Co. accents lend a touch of opulence to the interiors, elevating the home to a new level of luxury. These time honored design houses speak to the level of quality we approached this interior design project with. Drawing inspiration from the timeless style of Haddonfield, our design also incorporates elements reminiscent of Nashville's distinctive aesthetic, evoking the charm of custom homes in Franklin, and Nashville, Tennessee.

Not only did the Henck Design team approach the design of this transitional New Jersey home through thoughtful space planning, material selection, and careful styling, but we also curated a team of licensed professionals to carry out the transformation.  By referring our trusted partners in master carpentry, electrical services, countless furniture vendors and painting professionals, we were able to connect our clients with the best team to manage the construction process.
